Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic and growing team at our Beachwood, OH Center. As a BCBA at ABT, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our clients and their families. You will work closely with clients, families, and providers, assessing clients, creating tailored treatment plans, and ensuring that our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are well-trained and supervised.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with clients, families, and other team members to develop and implement individualized ABA therapy plans.

– Assess clients’ needs and create behavior and skill-building programs using a data collection system (preferably Catalyst).

– Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.

– Monitor and report client progress to the Clinical Director on a monthly basis.

– Work within a school environment when necessary, providing expert guidance and support.

– Ensure all services provided meet the highest standards of care and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

– Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing for at least 1 year.

– Ohio board certification required.

– A minimum of 1 year of experience in BCBA supervision and training.

– Proficiency in creating behavior and skill programs using data collection systems (preferably Catalyst).

– Experience working in a school setting is preferred.

– Ability to relocate to Beachwood, OH 44122 before starting work.
