Visão geral do cargo:

Estamos procurando pessoas compassivas e motivadas para se juntarem à nossa equipe como Terapeutas Comportamentais. Nessa função, você trabalhará sob a supervisão de um Analista Comportamental Certificado pelo Conselho (BCBA) para implementar planos de intervenção comportamental e oferecer terapia individual direta a indivíduos com TEA. Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para iniciar ou avançar em sua carreira em Análise Comportamental Aplicada (ABA) e, ao mesmo tempo, causar um impacto significativo.

Principais responsabilidades:

– Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.

– Provide direct, one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

– Collect and accurately record data on client progress and behavior.

– Assist in the development and execution of individualized treatment goals.

– Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment.

– Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain strict confidentiality of client information.

Qualificações:

– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.

– Experience working with children is required.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.

– Reliable transportation to travel to the clinic.

– Ability to pass a background check.

Qualificações de bônus:

– Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.

– Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.

– Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior tracking software.

– Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (If not certified, you will have the option to join our free RBT certification program upon hire).
