Positionsübersicht:

Wir suchen einfühlsame, motivierte Personen, die unser Team als Verhaltenstherapeuten verstärken. In dieser Funktion werden Sie unter der Aufsicht eines Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) arbeiten, um Verhaltensinterventionspläne umzusetzen und direkte Einzeltherapie für Menschen mit ASD anzubieten. Dies ist eine hervorragende Gelegenheit, Ihre Karriere im Bereich der angewandten Verhaltensanalyse (ABA) zu beginnen oder voranzutreiben und gleichzeitig etwas zu bewirken.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

– Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.

– Provide direct, one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

– Collect and accurately record data on client progress and behavior.

– Assist in the development and execution of individualized treatment goals.

– Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment.

– Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain strict confidentiality of client information.

Qualifikationen:

– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.

– Experience working with children is required.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.

– Reliable transportation to travel to the clinic.

– Ability to pass a background check.

Bonus-Qualifikationen:

– Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.

– Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.

– Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior tracking software.

– Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (If not certified, you will have the option to join our free RBT certification program upon hire).
